First and foremost, we are advocates and storytellers.
Violette advocates for the producers on the ground and in the field. The people who practice their metièr to create incredible wines and spirits every day.
We are lucky enough to be able to share their stories with the good people of Texas, and have a grand time doing it.

We work with producers who are actual people — families with little kids and dogs, lone rangers in remote parts of far-flung countries, young people redefining and rediscovering the ways their great grandparents made wine from that same plot 100 years ago. There are a million stories and a witnessed history in each of these makers. They are our Why. Interventions are always minimal, yeasts are always spontaneous, and a sense of place is still alive inside bottles.
